EDUCATION · ADVOCACY · EMPOWERMENT

You survived your past.
Now reclaim your future.

Childhood emotional abuse may have shaped your beliefs, relationships, and sense of self. But it doesn't have to define the rest of your life.

At the Still I Heal Project, I help you recognize harmful patterns, reclaim your voice, and move from survival to intentional living.

Meet Dr. Angela Solic

Educator. Author. Speaker. Advocate. Survivor.

For nearly 30 years, I've dedicated my professional life to education, helping people learn, grow, and recognize their potential.

But the Still I Heal Project was born from something deeply personal.

I know what it's like to grow up in an emotionally abusive home, to carry those invisible wounds into adulthood, and to discover that healing begins when we stop believing the harmful messages we were taught about ourselves by the people who were supposed to love and protect us.

I created the Still I Heal Project to help others understand how childhood emotional abuse shapes their adult lives, how to break harmful cycles, and how to reclaim the power to choose who they want to become.

Once you know, you can choose differently.
